Homely hotel in a handy location close to bus stop. Location short walk to the restaurant, the highlands and the Atholl. For shots visit Cocket Hat, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the venue. Fashionable and immaculate rooms and caring staff members at every level.

This hotel is lovely small, has exceptionally attentive employees at every level. We had a twin room with a comfy bed. The venue was in a handy location, to Aberdeen town centre.

The location was brilliant because it was near to restaurants, the city centre and the highlands. New-fashioned and immaculate room and comfy bed so I slept well.

Attractive interior decor - matched general sense of warmth and comfort. Even in grey, drizzly weather, the hotel seemed light and pleasant to be in. Friendly staff prepared to be helpful and natural; immediately put arrivals at ease. Parking was good.
Access from Kingsgate was tricky. Entrance to hotel was a bit far from the car park. However, other convenient features of location compensated. It wouldn't deter us in future stays.

The friendliness of the staff and their professionalism - they always respond quickly to requests.
It'd be really useful to have a small ironing board in the room (in the wardrobe).

"Family run" hotel,excellent parking, convenient location for our trip,comfortable room much superior to the one we had when we last stayed in the hotel 5 or 6 years ago, good breakfast. Hotel was very busy with diners/family celebration at lunchtime on the 4th so I guess its reputation for good food still stands.
